At iCell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your technology purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your iCell account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset, all personal accounts are removed, and it is packed securely in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
